Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO DE DETECçãO DE OBSTáCULO E DE MEDIDA DE DISTâNCIA POR RADIAçãO INFRA-VERMELHA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de medida de distância entre um primeiro objeto (1) e um segundo objeto (2), no qual: a) se emite uma radiação de onda infravermelha (3), a partir de um emissor (4) fixado sobre esse primeiro objeto (1), essa radiação (3) sendo emitida em direção a esse segundo objeto (2); e b) se detecta o retorno dessa radiação, depois que tenha sido refletida por esse segundo objeto (2) sobre um receptor (5) fixado sobre esse primeiro objeto (1), nas proximidades desse emissor (4), caracterizado pelo fato de: 1) se fazer variar gradualmente a potência da radiação infravermelha emitida por esse emissor (1) até que atinja uma potência de detecção (Ps) correspondente à potência de onda emitida, a partir da qual a radiação refletida por esse segundo objeto detectado por esse receptor; e 2) se calcula a distância (D) entre esse primeiro objeto (1) e esse segundo objeto (2) a partir do valor dessa potência de detecção, estabelecendo uma correlação por aferição entre essa distância (D) e essa potência de detecção. A presente invenção refere-se igualmente a um dispositivo de detecção de obstáculo e medida de distância.
