Abstract

"MéTODO PARA VEDAR, POR INDUçãO, UMA PEçA DE PLáSTICO EM UM RECIPIENTE COMPóSITO". Método para vedar, por indução, uma peça de plástico em um recipiente compósito usando um par de bobinas lineares conectados, eletricamente, a geradores de baixa freq³ência. As bobinas lineares produzem campos eletromagnéticos sobrepostos em cada um dos lados do recipiente. Girar o recipiente garante um aquecimento uniforme do revestimento de polietileno e da peça plástica. O método produz uma vedação confiável entre o revestimento e a peça plástica e pode ser usado em velocidades elevadas de produção.
