Abstract

MéTODOS E APARELHOS PARA GERAçãO DE IMAGENS ANALìTICAS DE ENTIDADES ALVO E PARA VARRER AUTOMATICAMENTE OBJETOS DO TAMANHO DE MìCRONS MAGNETICAMENTE E DETECTAVELMENTE ROTULADOS LOCALIZADOS EM UMA SUPERFìCIE PLANA". Dispositivos e métodos para coleta e análise de imagem automática são descritos, os quais habilitam a identificação ou classificação de objetos microscópicos alinhados ou depositados sobre superfícies. Tais objetos, por exemplo células alvo raras rotuladas detectavelmente, são imobilizados magnética ou não magneticamente e submetidos a varredura a laser automatizada, para gerar sub-imagens x-y digitalizadas seq³enciais, ou imagens parciais de objetos alvo e não alvo que são combinadas para formar imagens plenas reconstruídas, permitindo deste modo a detecção, enumeração, diferenciação e caracterização dos objetos em imagem, com base no tamanho, morfologia e imunofenótipo.
