Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO PARA CLASSIFICAçãO DE ITENS, TAIS COMO ROLOS". O dispositivo para classificação de itens, tais como rolos, é provido à jusante de um primeiro número (N) de canais de alimentação (Ca) de itens (R), cujos canais de alimentação (Ca) são providos com membros dispensadores (8) para uma liberação controlada dos itens (R). O dispositivo (100) inclui: um número de trilhos móveis (5) igual ao referido primeiro número (N), arranjados à jusante dos N canais de alimentação (Ca) e operativamente associados em pares, de maneira a definir as fendas de operação (H1) entre pares sucessivos. Os primeiros trilhos móveis (5) são móveis em sincronismo recíproco, transversalmente (W) aos canais de alimentação (Ca). Um segundo número (M) de segundos trilhos móveis (6), sendo arranjados à jusante dos canais de alimentação (Ca) e sendo dispostos em cada um dos primeiros trilhos (5) nas fendas de operação (H1). Os segundos trilhos (6) sendo móveis ambos em sincronismo com os primeiros trilhos (5), transversalmente (W) aos canais de alimentação (Ca), e em relação de fase com a operação dos primeiros trilhos (5), transversalmente (W1) aos canais de alimentação (Ca), nas referidas fendas de operação (H1).
