Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM INICIADOR ELETROPIROTéCNICO POR USO DE UMA COLA AQUOSA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de um iniciador eletropirotécnico (1), compreendendo uma laca pirotécnica (6) iniciada por um elemento resistivo aquecedor (11). A laca pirotécnica é obtida por depósito, sobre o elemento resistivo, de uma cola aquosa constituída de uma dispersão de uma substância explosiva e de aditivos em uma suspensão aquosa à base de um copolímero, depois por secagem dessa cola aquosa a uma temperatura compreendida entre 55 e 75<198>C. O copolímero é escolhido dentre os copolímeros de etileno/acetato de vinila e os copolímeros de acetato de vinila/acetato de etileno/etileno.
