Abstract
Es wird eine Halterung für ein Substrat (12), vorzugsweise eine im Wesentlichen halbkugelförmige Linse, beschrieben. Das Substrat (12) weist einen im Wesentlichen kreisförmigen Umfang (26) auf. Das Substrat (12) wird in der Halterung (10) entlang einer im Wesentlichen ringförmigen Anlagefläche mit einer radialen Kraftkomponente (F) gehalten. Die Halterung (10) weist mehrere im Wesentlichen kreissektorförmige Segmente (14, 16) auf, die jeweils Abschnitte (22, 24) der Anlagefläche bilden. Ferner ist ein separates Spannmittel zum Erzeugen der radialen Kraftkomponente (F) vorgesehen (Fig. 2).
