Abstract

"MáQUINA DE SEMEAR E DOSADOR DE SEMENTES". Máquina de semear tendo uma tremonha de sementes principal que está em comunicação com uma unidade de plantio por um tubo flexível. A unidade de plantio tem uma posição de trabalho horizontal e uma posição de transporte vertical. A tremonha principal fornece sementes por gravidade à unidade de plantio através do tubo flexível. A unidade de plantio é provida de um dosador de sementes a vácuo. O dosador de sementes tem um disco de sementes com um lado de vácuo e um lado de poça operativo. Uma escova isoladora, disposta de uma maneira cordal sobre o lado de poça de sementes do disco de sementes, define a área de descarga do dosador de sementes. Uma primeira escova intersectando a escova isoladora se estende para baixo e radialmente para dentro ao longo do disco de sementes. A primeira escova, juntamente com a escova isoladora, define limites de uma poça de sementes de transporte quando a unidade de plantio é pivotada para sua posição de transporte vertical. Uma segunda escova se estende para baixo e radialmente para dentro ao longo do disco de sementes. As primeira e segunda escovas definem um intervalo de retorno de sementes através do qual as sementes provenientes do topo do dosador de sementes podem ser retornadas à poça de sementes operativa.
