Abstract

"TUBO DE COQUILHA PARA FUNDIçãO CONTìNUA DE METAIS". O tubo de coquilha (1) para a fundição contínua de metais possui uma seção transversal em formato de duplo T e de beam-blank. O contorno interno (3) que predetermina a seção transversal da seção de material fundido é refrigerada com água de refrigeração (KW), que é conduzida através de canais de refrigeração (4) na parede tubular (2). Na fabricação os canais de refrigeração (4) possuem uma seção transversal redonda. O contorno interno (3) possui passagens (6) arredondadas entre segmentos de parede (9) que limitam uma região de flange (7) e uma região de alma (8), sendo que a distância (A) de dois canais de refrigeração (4) contíguos nas passagens (6), é menor do que a distância (B) nos demais segmentos de parede (9).
