Abstract

"MECANISMO DE ENGRENAGEM PARA SERRALHERIA". Mecanismo de engrenagem para serralheria, que compreende um eixo interno (1), um eixo externo (2), um corpo estático (3), um pistão radial (4), um contrapistão radial (5) e um atuador radial (6), os ditos eixo interno (1), externo (2) e corpo (3) compõem uma montagem coaxial na qual o eixo externo (2) penetra no eixo interno (1), sendo ambos instalados com ajuste giratório no corpo estático (3), o jogo de pistão radial (4) e contrapistão radial (5) é instalado entre o atuador (6) e uma força elástica radial (7) que atua entre o contrapistão (5) e o fundo do alojamento (2a) do eixo externo (2), cujo pistão (4) e contrapistão (5) são dimensionados entre si para um ou outro ser suscetível de ser atravessado entre as circunferências do diâmetro externo do eixo (2) e o diâmetro interno do eixo (1), o atuador radial (6) sendo constituído por uma placa arqueada (6a) e pelo menos por um braço de êmbolo (6b), cuja placa (6a) está localizada em um vazio anular (8) entre o eixo interno (1) e o corpo estático (3) se estendendo arcocircunferencialmente abarcando o setor angular correspondente ao percurso giratório operativo do eixo interno (1).
