Abstract

"BATENTE PARA EMBREAGEM, NOTADAMENTE DE VEìCULO AUTOMóVEL". A invenção propõe um batente (10) para embreagem, notadamente de veículo automóvel, que possui um corpo principal (12) de forma globalmente cilíndrica e um êmbolo (14) que é montado deslizante axialmente (X) no interior do corpo principal (12), do tipo que possui um sensor magnético sem contato (48) que compreende um ímã (50) levado pelo flange (36) e um alvo (52), fixo em relação ao corpo principal (12), disposto globalmente em frente ao imã (50), tendo em vista determinar a posição axial do êmbolo (14) do batente de embreagem (10) em relação ao corpo principal (12), caracterizado pelo fato de que o flange (36) possui um braço de sustentação (76) que se estende sensivelmente radialmente para o exterior e que leva o imã (50) globalmente em sua extremidade radial externa, e pelo fato de que o ímã (50) é realizado sob a forma de um elemento de inserção em torno do qual é sobre-moldado, pelo menos parcialmente, o braço de sustentação (76).
