Abstract
"INSTALAçãO PARA A LIMPEZA DE MATERIAL QUE CONTéM PASTA MECâNICA". A invenção refere-se a uma instalação para a limpeza de material que contém pasta mecânica com as seguintes características: - com uma área de introdução; - com uma estação de pré-separação; - com um separador magnético que apresenta um cilindro magnético; - com um separador pneumático disposto por baixo do cilindro magnético como separador de produtos pesados; - com um sistema pneumático para a classificação da corrente de material com a seguinte construção: - em volta do cilindro magnético é levado um setor de canal superior de desvio para o desvio da corrente de material da horizontal para a vertical; - é ligado ao setor de canal superior de desvio um trecho de gravidade; _é ligado à extremidade inferior do trecho de gravidade um canal de desvio inferior; - a região inferior do trecho de gravidade contém um eliminador de produtos pesados; - um canal de ar para a retenção de material desemboca na parte inferior do trecho de gravidade; - no trecho de gravidade é prevista uma parede de guia móvel com chapeletas oscilantes ou bocais de injeção de ar para a ejeção de metais não-ferrosos.
