Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO PARA SUSPENSãO PARA UM AGREGADO DE ACIONAMENTO DE UM AUTOMóVEL". Disposição de suspensão para um agregado de acionamento (2) num caminhão onde o agregado de acionamento, isto é, o motor de acionamento com a caixa de câmbio (8) pertencente, é apoiado de modo isolante de vibrações na área entre um par de suportes longitudinais do chassi (4), sendo que a suspensão do agregado de acionamento compreende pelo menos um ponto de suspensão na parte dianteira do agregado e dois pontos de suspensão traseiros na parte traseira do agregado. A suspensão do agregado de acionamento em cada um dos pontos de suspensão traseiros consiste de uma disposição de suspensão (10) integrada com um isolador de vibrações, a qual é montada num dispositivo de fixação (18) que é fixado na nervura (4') do suporte longitudinal do chassi adjacente, e lá, na área entre os flanges (4") do suporte. Cada uma das disposições de suspensão (10) é montada e orientada de tal modo em relação à nervura do respectivo suporte e à outra disposição de suspensão, que as direções principais de rigidez (R~ c~) das disposições se encontram no mesmo plano transversal comum (S~ tvõr~) em relação aos suportes longitudinais do chassi (4), e a partir de um plano horizontal (S~ hor~) contendo o centro das disposições, são direcionadas para baixo e num ângulo de orientação agudo (<sym>) em relação ao plano de simetria (S~ sym~) vertical de direção longitudinal, apontam diagonalmente para dentro, em virtude do que formam uma altura de focalização (a) correta, calculada a partir do plano horizontal (S~ hor~) , e para baixo até o ponto (P~ BB~), onde o eixo principal inercial (J~ xx~) corta o plano transversal (S~ tvõr~) mencionado.
