Abstract

"SISTEMA DE DIAGNóSTICO PARA UM COMPRESSOR". Uma máquina do tipo voluta incorpora um sistema único para monitorar a condição de uma válvula que é utilizada para controlar a capacidade do compressor. A válvula funciona para abrir e fechar uma passagem de fluido entre duas áreas do compressor para modulação da capacidade. Por monitorar a temperatura do fluido após a válvula, pode ser determinado se a válvula está funcionando ou não. Se a temperatura flutuar, a válvula está funcionando. Se a temperatura estiver constante, a válvula não está operando de forma apropriada. Outra modalidade monitora a pressão dentro da linha de fluido controlada pela válvula.
