Abstract

"MéTODO PARA MONTAR ARO DE RODA E DISCO DE RODA JUNTOS". Esta invenção se refere a um método para produzir uma roda de veículo de face inteira e compreende as etapas de: (a) proporcionar um aro que inclui um flange interno de retenção do assento do rebordo de pneu, um assento interno de rebordo de pneu, uma porção de poço, um assento externo de rebordo de pneu, o flange interno de retenção do assento do rebordo de pneu incluindo uma superfície externa, o assento interno do rebordo de pneu incluindo uma superfície externa e o assento externo do rebordo de pneu incluindo uma superfície externa; (b) proporcionar um disco que inclui uma porção interna de montagem de roda em geral localizada centralmente e uma porção anular externa, a porção anular externa incluindo uma superfície interna e uma superfície externa, a porção interna de montagem de roda incluindo pelo menos um dentre um furo piloto central totalmente formado e uma pluralidade de furos de montagem de parafuso de roda totalmente formados, o furo piloto central definindo um eixo geométrico de furo piloto e cada um dos furos de parafuso de roda definindo um eixo geométrico de furo de parafuso de roda; (c) proporcionar um conjunto de ferramentas de fixação de roda para sustentar o aro e o disco um em relação ao outro, o conjunto de ferramentas de fixação de roda operativo para localizar o aro nas superfícies externas dos assentos interno e externo de rebordo de pneu, pelo que os assentos interno e externo de rebordo de pneu são localizados em relação ao eixo geométrico do furo piloto central e ao eixo geométrico dos furos dos parafusos de roda; e (d) posteriormente à etapa (c) fixar o disco de roda ao aro de roda por uma solda.
