Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UMA RODA DE VEìCULO DE FACE INTEIRA". Um método para a fabricação de uma roda de veículo de face inteira em que pelo menos a sede de friso de pneu interno é orientada e localizada, precisamente, em relação a um eixo da roda de veículo associada inclui as etapas de: a) fornecer um conjunto de roda de veículo tendo um aro de roda (20) e um disco de roda (40) unidos e definindo um eixo de roda horizontal, o aro de roda incluindo um flange para retenção de sede de friso de pneu interno (22), uma sede de friso de pneu interno (24), uma cavidade (26), e uma sede de friso de pneu externo (28), o disco de roda (40) incluindo uma porção de montagem de roda e uma porção anular externa que define um flange para retenção de sede de friso de pneu externo (50) da roda de veículo; b) sustentar o conjunto de roda de veículo em um aparelho de prensar e fixar roda de veículo (60) incluindo um elemento de fixar roda (62) e um elemento de prensar roda (70); e c) mover seletivamente pelo menos um dentre o elemento de fixar roda (62) e o elemento de prensar roda (70) um em direção ao outro de modo a engatar e comprimir a sede de friso de pneu externo interno radialmente de modo a expandir a sede de friso de pneu interno (24) na direção radial para arredondar o desvio radial da sede de friso de pneu interno (24) pelo que uma superfície interna da sede de friso de pneu interno (24) é orientada e localizada a uma distância radial desejada em relação ao eixo de roda horizontal e em uma relação genericamente concêntrica com o mesmo.
