Abstract

"RODA DE VEìCULO". Sistema de retenção de tampa de roda de veículo aperfeiçoado e método para produzir o mesmo incluem um disco, uma primeira tampa de roda e uma segunda tampa de roda. O disco define uma superfície de roda voltada para fora e inclui um flange externo de retenção da sede do rebordo do pneu. O flange externo de retenção da sede do rebordo do pneu inclui uma superfície interna tendo uma ranhura circunferencial radialmente voltada para fora formada no mesmo. A primeira tampa de roda é fixada ao disco e cobre pelo menos uma porção da superfície da roda voltada para fora. A segunda tampa de roda é fixada ao disco e cobre pelo menos a porção inteira do flange externo de retenção da sede do rebordo do pneu. A segunda tampa de roda inclui uma porção interna que se estende para a ranhura quando a segunda tampa de roda é fixada ao disco. Quando a primeira tampa de roda e a segunda tampa de roda são fixadas ao disco, a primeira tampa de roda e a segunda tampa de roda não interferem com a fixação de um peso de balanceamento no flange externo de retenção da sede do rebordo do pneu do disco.
