Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA ESTRUTURA DE CINTA PARA PNEUS DE VEìCULO, E, PNEU PARA VEìCULO MOTORIZADO". Durante a produção de um pneu, uma estrutura de cinta é formada por meio de porções tipo bandas (5), cada uma compreendendo cordonéis paralelos (16) incorporados em uma camada elastomérica e dispostos maneira seq³encial em um arranjo reciprocamente adjacente de maneira circunferencial sobre um suporte toroidal (3). De acordo com a invenção, as porções tipo banda (5) são aplicadas com no mínimo um dos lados menores circunferencialmente não alinhado com o lado correspondentemente menor de no mínimo uma das porções tipo banda circunferencialmente adjacente (5), de modo que ditos cordonéis (16) nas zonas laterais da estrutura de cinta do pneu radial assim obtida tem uma densidade não uniforme.
