Abstract

Un neumático que puede rodar deshinchado, que comprende una carcasa radial (3) que se extiende de modo toroidal entre un par de núcleos de talón (2) embebidos en unas porciones de talón (1) respectivas y está constituida por una o más lonas de carcasa, una porción de banda de rodadura (4) dispuesta sobre el exterior de una porción de corona de la carcasa radial en una dirección radial del neumático, un par de porciones de contrafuerte (5) situadas en ambas partes extremas de la porción de banda de rodadura, un par de porciones de costado (6) que conectan, cada una, la porción de contrafuerte a la porción de talón, un par capas de caucho de refuerzo lateral (7) dispuestas, cada una, en el interior de la carcasa radial en una zona desde la porción de contrafuerte hasta la porción de costado y que tienen una forma de media luna en sección, un relleno de talón (9) dispuesto en el exterior del núcleo de talón en una dirección radial del neumático y un cinturón (10) dispuesto en el exterior de una porción de corona 10 de la carcasa radial en una dirección radial del neumático, caracterizado por una capa de cordones que incluye un cordón de fibras de policetona que satisface las siguientes condiciones de las siguientes ecuaciones (I) y (II). σ >= -0,01xE + 1,2 ..... (I) σ >= 0,57 ..... (II) en las que σ es el esfuerzo de contracción térmica a 177ºC (cN/dtex) y E es el módulo de elasticidad a 25ºC bajo una carga de 49 N (cN/dtex), y que tiene una reversibilidad de contracción a alta temperatura y estiramiento al volver a temperatura ambiente, está dispuesta en, al menos, una parte de una zona A que varía desde un extremo de cinturón hasta una parte de anchura máxima de una porción lateral del neumático y/o una zona B que varía desde cerca de un núcleo de talón (2) hasta un relleno de talón (9).
