Abstract

"CENTRìFUGA HELICOIDAL DE CAMISA MACIçA, COM INSERçãO DE DISCOS". A invenção refere-se a uma centrífuga helicoidal de camisa maciça apresenta o seguinte: um tambor de centrifugação, com uma camisa de tambor (1) e uma rosca sem fim (2), com um corpo de rosca (3), que está circundado por uma lâmina de rosca (4), que forma vários passos de rosca, sendo que entre os passos de rosca está formada uma via de condução para transporte de um material de centrifugação a ser processado, um tubo de alimentação (12) para o material de centrifugação ao tambor de centrifugação, pelo menos uma descarga de sólido e pelo menos uma saída de líquido (16). A invenção está caracterizada pelo fato de que um pacote (9) de discos (11) está disposto no tambor de centrifugação, a câmara de tambor (6) está vedada axialmente por uma camisa de tambor (1), o pacote de discos (11) está disposto em uma seção cilíndrica da câmara de tambor, com um diâmetro substancialmente constante e que o pacote de discos (11) está disposto diretamente à frente da saída de líquido (16), estando adjacente a e/ou na tampa de tambor (7).
