Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO FLUOROTERMOPLáSTICA CONDUTIVA PROCESSáVEL EM FUSãO, ARTIGO CONFORMADO, MéTODOS PARA PRODUZIR UMA COMPOSIçãO FLUOROTERMOPLáSTICA CONDUTIVA PROCESSáVEL EM FUSãO, E PARA MELHORAR A RESISTIVIDADE VOLUMéTRICA E A PROCESSABILIDADE EM FUSãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO FLUOROTERMOPLáSTICA CONDUTIVA PROCESSáVEL EM FUSãO". A invenção apresenta uma composição de fluorotermoplástico condutivo processado em fusão compreendendo três componentes. O primeiro componente é pelo menos um componente de fluoropolímero termoplástico, processável em fusão, tendo as suas unidades interpolimerizadas derivadas de (i) pelo menos 50% em peso de TFE, e (ii) um ou mais monómeros etilenicamente insaturados representados pelas fórmulas (a) CF~ 2~=CF-R~ f~, (b) CF~ 2~=CF-O-R~ f~, e (c) CH~ 2~=CR~ 2~, onde R~ f~ é uma perfluoroalquila de 1 a 8 átomos de carbono, R~ f~ é R~ f~ ou uma perfluoroalcoxila de 1 a 8 átomos de carbono, e R é selecionado de H, F, C1, ou um grupo alifático tendo 1 a 8 átomos de carbono o qual poderá ter substituintes de F ou C1. O componente de fluoropolímero termoplástico está substancialmente livre de unidades interpolimerizadas derivadas de VDF. O segundo componente é de cerca de 0,1 até cerca de 10% em peso de um polímero de hidrocarbonetos, e o terceiro componente é de cerca de 1 até cerca de 20% de carga condutiva.
