Abstract

"MATERIAL DE EFEITO EM CORES; MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM MATERIAL DE EFEITO EM CORES DE METAL PRECIOSO". A invenção refere-se a um material de efeito em cores constituído de uma pluralidade de plaquetas de substrato encapsuladas, onde cada plaqueta é encapsulada com uma primeira camada de cobre, zinco, uma liga de cobre, ou uma liga de zinco, que atua como um refletor para a luz direcionada sobre ela, uma segunda camada encapsulando a primeira camada, onde a segunda camada proporciona uma reflexão opticamente variável da luz que colide sobre ela, e uma terceira camada encapsulando a segunda camada e sendo seletivamente transparente para a luz direcionada sobre ela.
