Abstract

"MOLA PNEUMáTICA DE VOLUME DUPLO PARA SUSPENSõES". A presente invenção refere-se a uma mola pneumática para volume duplo em uma suspensão de caminhão, que possui uma câmara de bolsa de ar que proporciona um volume variável e uma câmara de volume fixo. As câmaras são interconectadas por um orifício possível de ser fechado. A bolsa de ar é munida de um fechamento de orifício tipo pino que é empurrado para dentro do orifício quando a bolsa de ar é comprimida suficientemente na retirada do orifício quando a bolsa de ar não está comprimida. Em operação normal, o orifício é aberto e volumes combinados das câmaras são disponibilizados resultando em uma proporção baixa de mola. O fechamento de orifício possui uma parte de fechamento de orifício que é relativamente maleável e uma parte rígida ou semi-rígida que atua como um batente de bomba quando a parte maleável é substancialmente comprimida de forma completa. Quando o orifício é completamente encerrado a mola possui uma proporção de mola mais alta.
