Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA A SOLDAGEM DE TUBOS EM CONJUNTO". A invenção refere-se a um método de assentamento de uma tubulação (6) submersa que inclui as etapas de suporte de uma extremidade de uma tubulação (6), provisão de uma seção de tubo (5) para extensão da tubulação (6), disposição da seção de tubo (5) adjacente à referida extremidade de tubulação (6), desse modo definindo uma junta circunferencial (7) a ser soldada, e soldagem dos tubos (5, 6) em conjunto. Uma pluralidade de maçaricos de soldagem (9) se move ao longo da junta circunferencial (7) e são operados simultaneamente, para a soldagem dos tubos em conjunto. Os tubos (5, 6) são feitos de aço TMCP-AC (aço fabricado usando-se um processo de controle mecânico térmico com resfriamento acelerado e tendo um teor de carbono de menos de 0, 1 % em peso). Após a solda de raiz ser depositada, um anel de resfriamento (1) montado em um grampo interno dentro dos tubos (5, 6) asperge um líquido de resfriamento, por exemplo, uma aspersão de fluido de água atomizada (10) e ar, a partir de bocais (2) em uma superfície interna dos tubos (5, 6) na região da junta circunferencial (7), desse modo resfriando os tubos (5, 6).
