Abstract

"MANCAL DE COLAR SOLDADO, PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE MANCAIS DE COLAR SOLDADOS E DISPOSITIVO PARA A EXECUçãO DO PROCESSO". A presente invenção refere-se a um mancal de colar (1) com uma caixa de mancal (2) com pelo menos um disco de parada (3), sendo que pelo menos um disco de parada (3) é fixado em uma superfície periférica externa (12) da caixa de mancal (2). A presente invenção também se refere a um método de produção de mancais de colar (1) deste tipo e a um dispositivo de fixação (18) para a execução deste método de produção. A presente invenção tem como objetivo fornecer um mancal de colar (1) onde a caixa de mancal (2) é permanentemente fixada no disco de parada (3). Um outro objetivo é providenciar um método que pode ser usado para produzir um mancal de colar (1) deste tipo mais económico possível e que dispensa a necessidade de usinagem posterior em conseq³ência de um disco de parada (3) inclinado, não perpendicular. A presente invenção também se refere a um dispositivo de fixação (18) para a execução do método mencionado. Em particular, a presente invenção refere-se a um método, de acordo com que o disco de parada (3) é soldado de modo permanente com a caixa de mancal (2) em um ponto de junção (1 0) que se encontra entre uma superfície periférica externa (12) da caixa de mancal (2) e um segmento da superfície periférica interna (13) do disco de parada (3), onde o disco de parada (3) é mantido em toda sua circunferência sob um ângulo <244><sym><sym> entre o disco de parada (3) e a superfície periférica externa (12) da caixa de mancal (2), onde a corresponde ao ângulo teórico desejado entre o disco de parada (3) e a superfície periférica externa (12) da caixa de mancal (2), e onde <sym> é o ângulo de derivação que é selecionado de tal modo que depois do processo de solda e da eliminação da derivação e da liberação do dispositivo de fixação, é compensado.
