Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA DEFORMAçãO DE COMPONENTES ESTRUTURAIS". A invenção refere-se a propõe-se um processo para a deformação de componentes estruturais, especialmente aqueles para emprego na aeronáutica e astronáutica. Os componentes estruturais possuem um corpo de base em forma de placa e nervuras partindo aproximadamente em ângulo reto do mesmo, ligadas em uma só peça com o corpo de base, estiradas ao comprido e se estendendo aproximadamente paralelas entre si. A deformação do componente se dá por partículas de um agente de jato, que incidem com alta velocidade sobre regiões de superfície do componente estrutural e produzem uma deformação plástica do material. Para se obter um processo de realização económica, com o qual podem ser alcançadas geometrias de componente múltiplas, uniaxiais e pluriaxiais, se propõe que regiões de superfície contrapostas das nervuras dispostas em lados longitudinais mutuamente contrapostos respectivamente de uma nervura sejam simultaneamente ativadas com partículas do agente de jato.
