Abstract
"ACOPLADOR DE ANEL DE ACIONAMENTO DE CORREIA PARA CVT". A invenção compreende um acoplador anelar CVT de correia de acionamento. Anéis de acionamento (10, 11) ficam conectados, de forma rotativa, a cada extremidade de uma estrutura (15). Correias (21, 22) são engrenadas em torno dos anéis de acionamento. A disposição espacial relativa dos eixos de rotação de cada conjunto de anéis de acionamento é mantida pela estrutura, a qual suporta os anéis de acionamento segundo um relacionamento predeterminado, entre as roldanas das polias (101, 102, 201, 202). O anel de acionamento na polia de acionamento (100) gira na mesma direção que a polia de acionamento, através de contato por atrito com as laterais das roldanas de polia de acionamento da CVT. O anel de acionamento na lateral de polia acionada, gira na mesma direção da do anel de acionamento na polia de acionamento, uma vez que estas se encontram mecanicamente conectadas pelas correias. O anel de acionamento acionado fica então em contato de atrito com as laterais das roldanas de polia acionadas, com isso acionando as polias acionadas (200). O diâmetro ou raio efetivo de cada polia é ajustado pelo movimento das roldanas das polias. O movimento axial das roldanas de polia leva o eixo de rotação de cada anel de acionamento a se mover excentricamente, em relação ao eixo de rotação de sua polia respectiva. Uma vez que os anéis de acionamento ficam mecanicamente conectados, os anéis de acionamento se movem com a estrutura, como uma unidade, em resposta ao movimento das roldanas de polia, com isso modificando a proporção efetiva de engrenagem da transmissão.
