Abstract

"SISTEMA DE RESFRIAMENTO DE FORNO". Um bloco de parede de forno (100) compreende uma tubulação de água tipo C71500 grau-40 do UNS (102) fundido numa corrida de cobre eletrolítico tipo UNS C11000 desoxidado durante o processo de fundição, ou fundido em um ambiente inerte, para produzir um alto cobre que se aproxima do tipo C81100 da UNS. Uma fusão resultante da tubulação de cobre (102) na peça fundida (104) é tal que os coeficientes diferenciais de expansão das duas ligas de cobre envolvidas não exceda o limite de escoamento do cobre fundido durante o ciclo térmico operacional. O ponto de fusão da liga de cobre usada no tubo (102) é tal que um tubo com espessura de parede relativamente fina (102) possa ser usado com uma moldagem de areia durante a fusão.
