Claims (5)
- 적어도 60 중량% 동을 함유하는 동-니켈 합금을 포함하고, 냉각수 통로를 제공하기 위한 파이프 코일; 및 적어도 50 중량% 동을 함유하는 동 합금을 포함하는 로-냉각 블록을 포함하고, 상기 파이프 코일 회로가 로-냉각 블록 내부로 주조될 때 냉각하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 로-냉각 시스템(furnace-cooling system).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 로-냉각 블록의 주조시에 파이프 코일을 채울 모래 유사 재료의 팩킹을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로-냉각 시스템.
- UNS-타입 C71500 동-니켈 합금을 포함하고, 냉각수 통로를 제공하기 위한 파이프 코일; 및 금형 내부로 주조된 UNS C11000과 등가의 고순도 동으로 출발하고, UNS C81100과 유사하게 끝나는 재질로 만들어진 로-냉각 블록을 포함하며, 상기 파이프 코일 회로가 로-냉각 블록 내부로 주조될 때 냉각하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 로-냉각 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 파이프 코일의 최대 벽 두께가 ASTM Schedule-40과 대등한 것임을 특징으로 하는 로-냉각 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 설계 열하중하에서, 삼차원 유한요소 열-기계적 응력 분석(three-dimensional finite element thermal-machanical stress analysis)을 기초로 할 때, 파이프 코일과 주조 동으로 된 로-냉각 블록 계면의 어떠한 응력도, 주조 동의 항복 응력을 초과하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 로-냉각 시스템.
