Abstract
La presente invencion describe un bloque, de la pared de horno (100) que comprende una tuberia agua de celula 40 C71500 tipo UNS (102) fundida dentro de un vertido de cobre electrolitico C11000 tipo UNS desoxidado durante: el proceso de fundido, o fundido en un ambiente inerte, para producir una rica en cobre que se aproxima a C81100 tipo UNS. Una fusion resultante de la tuberia de cobre (102) a la pieza fundida (104) es tal que el coeficiente diferencial de expansiones de las aleaciones de cobre involucradas: no excede el limite de fluencia del cobre fundido durante el ciclado termino operacional. El punto de fusion de la aleacion de cobre usado en la tuberia (102), es tal que podria usarse una tuberia de pared relativamente delgada (102) con un empaque de arena durante el fundido.
