Abstract

"MéTODO E SISTEMA DE PROCESSAMENTO DE FRUTAS CìTRICAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método e um sistema de processamento de frutas cítricas. Uma câmara de descascamento contém extremidades opostas e uma entrada e saída de frutas formadas em extremidades opostas correspondentes. Rolos abrasivos são montados de forma rotatória em configuração de arco no interior da câmara de descascamento em uma área que forma uma parte inferior da câmara de descascamento. As frutas cítricas são alimentadas para a câmara do descascamento através da entrada de frutas para a saída de frutas. A fruta cítrica encaixa-se nos rolos abrasivos rotatórios com tempo de permanência no interior da câmara de descascamento para descascar a superfície externa da fruta em quantidade suficiente para remover a maior parte do óleo no interior da fruta cítrica, deixando suficiente espessura de casca para a manutenção da integridade da casca.
