Abstract
"DISJUNTOR DE ENERGIA COM FOLGA DE AR ENTRE A CARCAçA ISOLANTE MOLDADA E A BARREIRA ATERRADA ISOLANDO MECANISMO OPERACIONAL". Um disjuntor de energia compacto tem uma carcaça isolante moldada provendo o suporte estrutural e isolação elétrica para o mecanismo de pólo montado em cavidades na carcaça e o mecanismo operacional montado na frente da carcaça. Uma barreira aterrada entre os mecanismos de pólo e o mecanismo operacional protege o operador atuando botões de apertar controlando o mecanismo operacional e acessíveis através de uma tampa isolante moldada. Preferivelmente, a barreira aterrada é ensanduichada entre uma seção traseira da carcaça moldada contendo as cavidades de pólo e uma seção dianteira à qual o mecanismo operacional é preso. A barreira aterrada é conectada a uma panela eletricamente condutiva estendendo-se sob a carcaça isolante moldada que também aloja ligações eletricamente aterradas acoplando o mecanismo operacional aos interruptores a vácuo dos mecanismos de pólo. Uma folga de ar exalada entre a seção traseira da carcaça isolante moldada e a barreira aterrada minimiza a erosão da carcaça isolante moldada no evento de um arco penetrar as carcaças até a barreira aterrada.
