Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE COMPOSTO DE OXIRANO". Um processo para produção de um composto de oxirano a partir de hidroperóxido de etilbenzeno e uma olefina na presença de um leito catalisador imobilizado, onde o processo satisfaz as seguintes condições (1) a (4): (1) o leito catalisador é dividido em n leitos catalisadores e os leitos catalisadores são empregados em série, onde n é um número inteiro dentre 2 ou mais, (2) hidroperóxido de etilbenzeno fresco é dividido em porções, as quais são fornecidas para as respectivas entradas dos leitos catalisadores, (3) olefina fresca é fornecida para a entrada do primeiro leito catalisador, e (4) a mistura de reação descarregada de cada saída dos respectivos feitos catalisadores, excluindo o último leito catalisador, é fornecida para a entrada do leito catalisador subseq³ente.
