Abstract
"SUPORTE PIVOTANTE DE ACIONAMENTO DE AJUSTE DE UMA L MINA DE ROTOR AJUSTáVEL EM UM CUBO DE ROTOR DE UMA INSTALAçãO DE ENERGIA EóLICA". O suporte de uma lâmina de rotor ajustável em um cubo de rotor de uma instalação de energia eólica tem, como mancal pivotante de acionamento de ajuste, um mancal de rolamento para a transmissão de elevadas forças axiais e grandes momentos de flexão quando de pequenos movimentos relativos entre os componentes de mancal cooperantes.Ele consiste de um anel de mancal para um componente de mancal, que recebe com relação travamento positivo duas fileiras de corpos de rolamento, deslocadas radialmente uma em relação à outra, e de um anel de mancal para o outro componente de mancal cooperante, que abraça aquele em forma de U na seção transversal. O anel de mancal para lâmina de rotor que forma o outro componente de mancal cooperante consiste de dois anéis (10, 12) com diferentes diâmetros, os quais são fixados independentemente um do outro na lâmina de rotor (3). A raiz em forma de círculo da lâmina de rotor oca (3) é aforquilhada em duas conchas parciais (3a, 3b) e cada concha parcial é fixada em um dos dois anéis (1 0, 12) de um dos anéis de mancal.
