Claims (5)
- 확실한 락킹 관계에서 롤링 몸체의 두 개의 방사적으로 서로 변위된 열(rows)을 수용하는 어떤 상호 작용하는 베어링 구성 소자용의 베어링 레이스 및 횡단면에서 U-형으로 둘러싸는 다른 상호 작용하는 베어링 구성 소자용의 베어링 레이스를 갖는 상호 작용하는 베어링 구성 소자 사이의 작은 상대적 운동을 갖는 높은 축력(axial forces) 및 큰 굴곡 이동(flexural moments)을 전달하기 위한 롤링 베어링을 갖는 풍력 장치의 로터 허브상에 조절 가능한 로터 블레이드(blade)의 조절 드라이브 피벗 장치에 있어서,상기 다른 상호 작용하는 베어링 구성 소자를 형성하는 로터 블레이드용의 베어링 레이스는 로터 블레이드(3)에 서로 독립적으로 고정되는 상이한 직경의 두 개의 레이스(10, 12)를 포함하는, 조절 드라이브 피벗 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,중공(hollow) 로터 블레이드(3)의 원형 루트(root)는 두 개의 덮개 부분(3a, 3b)으로 분기(forked)되고, 각각의 덮개 부분은 상기 베어링 레이스의 두 개의 레이스(10, 12)중의 하나에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절 드라이브 피벗 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 롤링 베어링의 두 개의 열은 서로에 대하여 동심적으로 배열되는 것을특징으로 하는 조절 드라이브 피벗 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 베어링 레이스의 두 개의 레이스(10, 12)는 원형 링(16)에 의해 브리지(bridged)되고, 상기 각각의 레이스(10, 12)는 그것의 외면을 통해 상기 원형 링(16) 및 연결된 상호 작용하는 베어링 구성 소자(로터 블레이드(3))에 선택적으로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절 드라이브 피벗 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 롤링 몸체는 볼(balls)(14)인 것을 특징으로 하는 조절 드라이브 피벗 장치.
