Abstract
"BROCA DE PERFURAçãO DE ROCHA E MéTODO PARA A SUA FABRICAçãO". A presente invenção se refere a uma broca de perfuração de rocha (1) para perfuração de percussão, especialmente para perfuração de martelete de topo, a referida broca de perfuração de rocha (1) compreendendo uma cabeça de broca (3) proporcionada com recursos de esmagamento de rocha (11), e uma margem (5), por meio do que a superfície de lateral externa da margem (5) da referida broca de perfuração (1) está proporcionada com um número de entalhes (16) para cortes de perfuração que se estendem na direção axial da broca de perfuração (1), os referidos entalhes (16) para cortes de perfuração definindo as regiões salientes (17) aí e entre elas, que semelhantemente se estendem na direção axial da broca de perfuração (1), a referida broca de perfuração (1) possuindo recursos (9) para conexão da broca de perfuração (1) para uma barra de perfuração (7; 7') por meio do que pelo menos alguns dos terminais das regiões (17) faceando para fora a partir do terminal de esmagamento de rocha da broca de perfuração (1) são formados com dentes de retração (18). Cada dente de retração (18) possui uma borda (19), que se estende ao longo da circunferência da margem (5) e está situada substancialmente sobre a referida circunferência. A presente invenção também se refere a um método para a fabricação da referida broca de perfuração de rocha (1) para perfuração de percussão, especialmente para perfuração de martelete de topo, por meio do que um terminal de esmagamento de rocha da broca de perfuração (1) , uma rosca fêmea interna (9) e canais de resfriamento (12) são feitos a partir de um molde de fundição em branco através de adequado maquinamento, os referidos canais de resfriamento se estendendo entre a rosca fêmea interna (9) e a superfície de terminal de esmagamento de rocha. O método compreende as seguintes etapas: (A) - tornear a superfície de terminal de esmagamento de rocha faceando para fora a partir da superfície de terminal, conseq³entemente conseguindo uma superfície de terminal que forma um ângulo (<244>), menor do que 180<198>, com um plano (21) perpendicularmente para um eixo central longitudinal (2) da broca de perfuração (1); (B) formar os entalhes (16) para cortes de perfuração sobre a lateral externa da broca de perfuração (1), preferivelmente por fresamento, entalhes (16) para cortes de perfuração que são feitos para se estenderem entre a superfície de terminal de esmagamento de rocha e a superfície de terminal torneada da broca de perfuração (1); e (C) - formar as regiões salientes intermediárias (17) através do desenvolvimento dos entalhes (16) para cortes de perfuração, os terminais dos quais faceando para fora a partir da superfície de terminal de esmagamento de rocha definem os dentes de retração (18), que possuem bordas (19), que se estendem ao longo da circunferência da margem (15) e estão situadas substancialmente sobre a referida circunferência.
