Abstract

"PROCESSO INTEGRADO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE ALQUILBENZENOS, COMPOSIçãO DE ALQUILBENZENO, PROCESSO INTEGRADO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE ALQUILCICLOHEXANOS, COMPOSIçãO DE ALQUILCICLOHEXANO, E MéTODO PARA AUMENTAR A SOLUBILIDADE DE ADITIVO E/OU DESEMPENHO DE INTUMESCIMENTO POR SELAGEM DE UMA COMPOSIçãO DE óLEO LUBRIFICANTE PARAFìNICO". é apresentado um processo integrado para produzir alquilbenzenos, alquilbenzenos sulfonados e/ou alquilciclohexanos a partir de gás de síntese. O processo envolve submeter o gás de síntese às condições Fischer-Tropsch. As frações ricas em hidrocarbonetos C~ 6-8~ C e C~ 18-26~ São isoladas da corrente de produto resultante. A fração C~ 6-8~ é submetida às condições de reforma catalítica para formar aromáticos. A fração C~ 18-26~ poderá incluir olefinas suficientes para uso em uma reação de alquilação com os aromáticos. Opcionalmente, a fração poderá ser submetida às condições de desidrogenação para fornecer olefinas adicionais. As olefinas resultantes são reagidas com os aromáticos em uma reação de alquilação para produzir alquilbenzenos. As olefinas, parafinas e aromáticos não convertidos podem ser obtidos da corrente de produtos através de uma destilação fracionada e recicladas para formar produtos adicionais. Os alquilbenzenos podem ser hidrogenados para produzir alquilciclohexanos, que são úteis como lubrificantes sintéticos ou como componentes em composições de óleos lubrificantes.
