Abstract

El procedimiento de preparación de una mezcla de olefinas lineales C5+ que comprenden las etapas de: (a) reacción de monóxido de carbono e hidrógeno en presencia de una cantidad efectiva de catalizador Fischer - Tropsch bajo condiciones de reacción Fischer - Tropsch; (b) separación de la mezcla de hidrocarburos así preparada de al menos una fracción de hidrocarburo, en la que al menos 95% en peso esta constituida por hidrocarburos de 15 o más átomos de carbono; (c) contacto de esta fracción de hidrocarburos con hidrógeno en presencia de una cantidad afectiva de catalizador de hidrogenación bajo condiciones de hidrogenación; (d) someter a la fracción de hidrogenación así obtenida a cracking térmico moderado; y (e) separación del producto de ruptura así preparado de la mezcla de olefinas lineales C5+.
