Abstract

"CONTêINER DE TRANSPORTE OU DE ESTOCAGEM DE MATéRIAS RADIOATIVAS". Um contêiner destinado ao transporte ou à estocagem de matérias radioativas compreende dois recintos de confinamento distintos, colocados um dentro do outro. O recinto de confinamento exterior compreende pelo menos uma parte interior de um corpo (10), uma tampa (12) e órgãos de estanqueidade (16) interpostos entre elas. O recinto de confinamento interior compreende um recipiente (18), um tampão (22) e órgãos de estanqueidade (24) interpostos entre eles. Um flange (18b) do recipiente (18) está apoiado contra um ressalto (20) do corpo (10). O tampão (22) é pressionado contra o flange (18b) por órgãos de fixação (28, 30) vantajosamente ancorados no corpo (10).
