CONSTITUTION:As for a loading machine 2, a hopper 17 is followed by a flexible supply passage 13 the exterior of which is provided with a cornice 19 and the bottom of the supply passage 13 is provided with a valve 14 and a cover 15 as well, and a powered material is supplied upon touching of a part of the valve 14 to an opening 7 after a lid 9 of a capsule 1 has been opened. Dust to be generated at this time is disposed of through suction passage 16 and 29 by a suction of a vacuum equipment. On the other hand, when unloading an unloading machine 3 is made to touch closely to the capsule 1 which is turned over vertically to that the machine 3 envelops the lid 9.
