Abstract

Processo de enchimento a granel de recipientes que inclui estágios de arranjo de uma série de recipientes de ponta cabeça em bandeja (24) que possui borda periférica levantada (26). Tal bandeja cheia de recipientes é então colocada numa câmara de vácuo (28) que em seguida é esvaziada a nível predeterminado abaixo da pressão atmosférica. O líquido (36) é então introduzido dentro da bandeja através de reservatório (38) e tubo condutor (40) que atravessa a parede da câmara de vácuo, sendo o vácuo que se encontra dentro da câmara gradualmente liberado a certa proporção que puxa o líquido para dentro dos recipientes. A esta altura do processo o líquido desnecessário é eliminado e a bandeja é removida da câmara e colocada em posição de pé. O estágio final consiste em lacrar o topo dos recipientes com tampa adequada, lacre, ponta ou conexão. Uma segunda versão adiciona outro estágio ao processo pelo posicionamento dos recipientes de ponta cabeça numa placa de acomodação (74), bem como o posicionamento da placa de acomodação diretamente acima da bandeja que contém o líquido. Em seguida a placa de acomodação é abaixada até que os pescoços dos recipientes estejam submersos no líquido. O nível do líquido é mantido e o equilíbrio do processo é executá-lo conforme estágio adicional descrito.
