Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA O AQUECIMENTO DE PELO MENOS PARTES DE TUBOS DE PLáSTICO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A REALIZAçãO DO PROCESSO". A invenção se refere a um processo para o aquecimento de pelo menos partes de tubos de plástico (2) em pelo menos uma estação de aquecimento (1), de preferência em instalações de formação de luvas, sendo que os tubos de plástico (2) são colocados, ao menos parcialmente, na temperatura de deformação. O processo de acordo com a invenção se destaca pelo fato de que os tubos de plástico (2) são aquecidos por dentro e/ou por fora, pelo menos parcialmente, na estação de aquecimento (1) com irradiadores de raios infravermelhos de ondas curtas ou de halogênio (4,5) e a potência de aquecimento dos irradiadores (4,5) é controlada ou regulada durante a operação de aquecimento dos tubos de plástico (2).
