Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE FERRAMENTA DE CORTE E MéTODO PARA MONTAR UM CONJUNTO DE FERRAMENTA DE CORTE". A presente invenção provê um conjunto de ferramenta de corte (10), incluindo uma espiga de ferramenta (12), uma haste de tração (36) e uma cabeça de corte (46). A espiga de ferramenta (12) tem um furo alongado axialmente se estendendo (18). Uma parte dianteira (20) do furo alongado (18) sendo formada por primeira e segunda cavidades cilíndricas, parcialmente sobrepostas, não coaxiais, axialmente se estendendo (28,30). A haste de tração (36) tem parte de acoplamento dianteira (40) que coopera com uma parte de acoplamento traseira (50) da cabeça de corte, formando uma região de acoplamento de união (52). A haste de tração (36) e a parte de acoplamento traseira (50) da cabeça de corte são retidas no furo alongado (18) na espiga de ferramenta (12), com a região de acoplamento de união (52) localizada na parte dianteira (20) do furo alongado.
