Abstract

"GARRA INTRAMEDULAR". A garra intramedular tem uma metade proximal (2), uma metade distal (3) adequada para ser inserida no canal medular, e um eixo geométrico central (4), referida metade distal (3) sendo provida com pelo menos três furos transversais (5, 6, 7) adequados para recebimento de parafusos de travamento (10). A metade distal (3) é provida ao longo do eixo geométrico central (4) um furo transversal proximal (5) tendo um eixo geométrico de furo (15), um furo transversal central (6) tendo um eixo geométrico de furo (16), e um furo transversal distal (7) tendo um eixo geométrico de furo (17). O eixo geométrico de furo (16) do furo transversal central (6), que se estende entre o furo transversal proximal (5) e o furo transversal distal (7), é espaçado a uma distância mais curta 'a' a partir do eixo geométrico de furo (15) do furo transversal proximal (5), e a uma distância mais curta 'b' a partir do eixo geométrico de furo (17) do furo transversal distal (7).
