"CABEçOTE DE IMPRESSãO A TATO DE FLUIDO, MéTODO PARA FABRICAR O MESMO; CARTUCHO DE TINTA; DISPOSITIVO DE REGISTRO; RESISTOR PLANO E MéTODO PARA CRIAR O MESMO". Um cabeçote de impressão a jato de fluido (200) tem um substrato (10) tendo pelo menos uma camada (82) definindo uma câmara de fluido (100) para ejetar fluido. O cabeçote de impressão (200) também inclui uma camada resistiva (30) disposta entre a câmara de fluido (100) e o substrato (10) onde a câmara de fluido (100) tem uma superfície plana lisa entre a câmara de fluido (100) e o substrato (10).
