Abstract

Patente de Invenção para <B>"APARELHO DE DEPOSIçãO DE GOTìCULAS"<D>. Uma cabeça de impressão de jato de tinta tem um corpo de PZT (13') ligado a uma placa de base (13''). Os canais cortados no PZT formam as câmaras de tinta que são atuadas por aplicação de voltagens nos eletrodos sobre as superfícies das câmaras. A placa de base também conduz ICs, que contêm o conjunto de circuitos de acionamento para atuar as câmaras de tinta. Para garantir uma interligação elétrica confiável entre os eletrodos das câmaras e os ICs, os eletrodos (190', 190'') e as trilhas condutoras (192', 192'') sobre a placa de base são formados em uma única etapa por deposição de uma camada condutora sobre o corpo de PZT e a placa de base.
