Abstract

"USINA PARA O PROCESSAMENTO DE REFUGOS DE BORRACHA"'. Usina para o processamento de refugos de borracha e produtos de borracha gasta por meio de redução de tamanho criogênica, compreendendo túneis de congelamento para o congelamento da matéria-prima a ser reduzida, meios de separação de materiais estranhos à mistura e meios de redução para o material congelado profundamente. Com esta finalidade, é disposto um sistema de redução prévia com múltiplos estágios compreendendo redutores (17, 17a). a matéria-prima previamente reduzida é direcionada através de um sistema de congelamento dividido num conjunto de zonas de congelamento no qual um refrigerante líquido de baixa temperatura pode ser borrifado sobre a matéria-prima. o sistema de congelamento apresenta um sistema equalizador de temperaturas conectado à sua saída, e a matéria-prima congelada profundamente é pulverizada até um tamanho de partícula fina por meio de várias etapas em redutores finos subseq³entes de estágios múltiplos.
