Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "MáQUINA DE TERMOFORMAGEM GIRATóRIA DE SEIS ESTAçõES". Uma máquina de termoformagem giratória de seis estações inclui uma primeira estação de carregamento para os primeiros ou painéis superiores, uma segunda estação de carregamento para os segundos ou painéis inferiores, duas estações adjacentes para aquecer os painéis, uma estação de termoformagem, uma estação de descarregamento e um carrossel para transferir os painéis termoformáveis entre as tais estações. O carrossel inclui uma estrutura circular giratória a qual é acionada por um conjunto de acionamento centralmente disposto. A estrutura circular carrega e sustenta seis conjuntos de suporte que tem membros de retenção periféricos os quais recebem os painéis de material termoformável e gira para movê-los sequencialmente de uma estação para a seguinte. As duas estações de aquecimento cada uma inclui aquecedores radiantes superiores e inferiores. A estação de termoformagem inclui um par de batentes opostos, deslocáveis verticalmente os quais recebem os respectivos moldes os quais acoplam e formam os painéis e pode incluir um dispositivo para carregar pre-formados ou insertos. O número de estações e o tempo de residência dos painéis plásticos a serem formados em cada uma otimiza a capacidade de produção dos produtos termoformados de placa dupla.
