Abstract

"EQUIPAMENTO DE SEGURANçA PARA VEìCULOS". O que foi descrito é um equipamento de segurança para veículos, em particular, para veículos comerciais, cada um dos mencionados veículos tendo preso ao seu corpo, um espelho retrovisor externo (4, 6) que inclui um alojamento de espelho (8) com pelo menos um pano de espelho (10) colocado no mesmo, por meio do que, dentro dos limites do alojamento de espelho (8), pelo menos um sensor é colocado, o qual mede, sem contato, a temperatura da superfície da estrada. Em um modo de realização o sensor, sem contato, da temperatura da superfície da estrada é combinado com um computador, especialmente com um equipamento GPS. O sensor é também conectado de modo controlável a um dispositivo de armazenamento de memória para armazenar as seções de estrada, seções estas que, sob certas circunstâncias de temperatura, são críticas para o comportamento do veículo (2). Além disso, no mencionado circuito de controle há um mostrador ou equipamento de aviso para prover um sinal de aviso óptico e/ou acústico dirigido ao motorista. Se a temperatura da superfície da estrada medida pelo sensor, e/ou a temperatura ambiente ou do ar, antes de atingir a seção crítica da estrada, exceder ou falhar em atingir um valor crítico ou de limiar especificado, o mencionado equipamento de aviso é ativado.
