Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PELìCULA DE CARBONO RìGIDAAMORFA, PARTES MECâNICAS E MéTODO PARA APRODUçãO DE PELìCULA DE CARBONO RìGIDA AMORFA".Uma película de carbono rígida amorfa tem baixo coeficiente deatrito desde o início do deslizamento, quando o óxido de metal estácontido na película. A adesão da película no substrato é tambémmelhorada devido ao tratamento em baixa temperatura do métodoCVD intensificado com plasma RF. Essa película pode ser aplicadaa muitos membros deslizantes, por exemplo, um anel de segmento,uma pá do compressor e um êmbolo da bomba de injeção decombustível, usados sob condição severa.
