Abstract
"ESTABILIZADOR DE EMULSãO PARA BEBIDA SUBSTANCIALMENTE ISENTA DE SEDIMENTAçãO". Esta invenção se refere a um amido modificado que é útil em uma emulsão estável em prateleira e provê uma bebida estável, substancialmente isenta de sedimentos.
